Service Agreement
Multimedia Installation Contract
- This agreement is entered into between FixITRite Computer Repair and the client for the multimedia installation services and materials selected in this estimate.
- The client authorizes FixITRite Computer Repair to furnish labor, equipment, accessories, and installation materials reflected by the selected checklist items and total shown below.
- Any additional work, concealed conditions, or customer-requested changes outside the selected scope may require a written change order and additional charges.
- Client shall provide reasonable access to the premises, power, network credentials if required, and approval of final equipment placement before installation begins.
- Payment terms, scheduling, and completion timing shall be confirmed directly between the parties. Selected totals on this page form part of the approved scope of work.
- By signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept this scope of work and authorize commencement upon mutual scheduling.
