Phase II/III Randomized Controlled Trial for Urothelial Cancer Patients Post-Surgery

Nivolumab and Relatlimab Immunotherapy Targeting Tumor Growth and Immune Response

This study investigates the use of circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) to guide immunotherapy with nivolumab and relatlimab in muscle-invasive urothelial cancer patients who have undergone surgical removal of their bladder, kidney, ureter or urethra. The goal is to determine if ctDNA can identify patients at risk of recurrence and evaluate the efficacy of immunotherapy in prolonging survival.
