PROFESSIONAL EVENT PROMOTION & DIGITAL AD PLACEMENT
Parties
This Advertising Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date signed below, by and between:
Service Provider: DigiUEvents, a professional event advertising and promotion company (“DigiUEvents” or “Provider”).
Client: The individual or entity identified in the Client Information section below (“Client”).
Together referred to as the “Parties.”

Scope of Services
DigiUEvents agrees to provide the following services in accordance with the selected package:
Design and publish a professionally crafted, mobile-optimized digital event advertisement page tailored to the Client’s event.
Distribute the advertisement across the DigiUEvents network for the duration specified by the selected package.
Deliver the completed ad within the turnaround period specified by the selected package, measured from receipt of all required Client-supplied content and payment.
Provide performance reporting as specified by the selected package tier.
Assign a dedicated account manager (Elite package only).
Services are limited to those described in the selected package. Additional services may be arranged by separate written agreement.
Client Obligations
Client shall provide all necessary event information, branding assets, images, and copy required for ad creation within [NUMBER] business days of executing this Agreement.
Client warrants that all content and materials supplied to DigiUEvents are accurate, lawful, and do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Client is solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, including date, time, venue, and ticket information.
Client shall ensure all required licenses and permits for the advertised event are obtained independently of this Agreement.
Payment Terms
The package fee listed above is due in full prior to commencement of design work, unless otherwise agreed in writing by DigiUEvents.
All fees are non-refundable once design work has commenced.
Payments are accepted via methods specified on the DigiUEvents platform at time of booking.
Returned or disputed payments may result in immediate suspension of all active listings.
Intellectual Property
DigiUEvents retains ownership of all templates, design frameworks, and proprietary platform elements used in the creation of the advertisement.
Client retains ownership of all original content, logos, images, and branding materials provided by Client.
Upon full payment, Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the completed ad creative solely in connection with the advertised event.
DigiUEvents reserves the right to use the completed advertisement as a portfolio or promotional sample.
Limitation of Liability
DigiUEvents does not guarantee specific ticket sales, impression counts, or revenue outcomes from the advertising services.
DigiUEvents’ total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Client for the applicable package.
DigiUEvents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
DigiUEvents is not responsible for event cancellations, venue changes, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Confidentiality
Each Party agrees to keep confidential any non-public business information disclosed by the other Party in connection with this Agreement and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Termination
Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice if the other Party materially breaches any provision and fails to cure such breach within [NUMBER] days of written notice.
Termination shall not entitle Client to a refund of fees paid if design work has commenced.
Upon termination, DigiUEvents shall remove the advertisement from its active network within a commercially reasonable time.
General Terms
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [STATE / JURISDICTION].
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes all prior understandings.
Amendments: Any modification to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both Parties.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.
